This Privacy Policy explains how XeZap Technologies ("XeZap", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you visit xezap.com (the "Site"). We are headquartered in Kolkata, India, with a global office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us directly

When you submit a form on the Site — the driver waitlist, the franchise/host application, the investor brief request, or the general contact form — we collect what you enter: name, email, phone number, city or location, business or property details, and any message or notes you provide. Investor form submissions may also include firm/fund name, investor type and indicative ticket size.

Information collected automatically

If you accept analytics cookies via the cookie banner, we (through Google Analytics) collect standard usage data such as pages visited, time on page, approximate location (city/country level), device and browser type, and referring site. This helps us understand which parts of the Site are useful and where visitors drop off. See our Cookie Policy for full detail and how to opt out.

If you decline analytics cookies, no such tracking script is loaded, and we do not collect this automated usage data.

2. How we use your information

• To respond to waitlist signups, franchise applications, investor inquiries, and general questions;
• To assess a franchise or hosting application, including scheduling a site assessment;
• To send you updates about XeZap's launch, network expansion into your city, or partnership opportunities, where you've provided contact details for that purpose;
• To understand and improve how the Site is used (only where you've accepted analytics cookies);
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of our forms.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Who we share information with

We share information only with:

• Internal XeZap teams responsible for the inquiry type you submitted (partnerships, investor relations, press, general support);
• Service providers who help us operate the Site (such as our hosting provider and, where accepted, Google Analytics), bound to use your data only to provide that service;
• Authorities, where required by law or to protect XeZap's legal rights.

4. Data retention

We retain form submissions for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain a record of franchise or investor discussions, or comply with legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 6.

5. International transfer

As we operate from both India and the UAE, information you submit may be processed or stored in either jurisdiction, or with service providers located elsewhere. We take reasonable steps to protect your information regardless of where it is processed.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing legal@xezap.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe.

7. Children's privacy

The Site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
