These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at xezap.com (the "Site"), operated by XeZap Technologies ("XeZap", "we", "us" or "our"), headquartered in Kolkata, India, with a global office in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who we are, and where we are

XeZap is a pre-launch company building an electric vehicle charging network across India. Nothing on this Site should be read as a claim that any station, product or service described is currently live or available for use, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Forward-looking statements about our roadmap, technology or network reflect our current plans and may change.

2. Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable local, national or international law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any account, form data, or database connected to it;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation, including via scraping at a rate or scale that degrades performance for others;
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information through any form on the Site (including the waitlist, franchise application, investor brief request, or contact forms);
• Use the Site to transmit any virus, malware, or other harmful code.

3. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and all content on it — including the XeZap name, logo and wordmark, page designs, graphics, the network map and its underlying data visualizations, product and station names, copy, and the underlying code — is the property of XeZap Technologies or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, adapt, modify, distribute, publicly display, or otherwise use any part of this Site or its content — including the XeZap name and logo — for any commercial or public purpose without our prior written permission. This includes using our brand assets, product names, or network map to represent your own product, service, or business. Reasonable personal, non-commercial use (such as linking to the Site, or quoting a short excerpt with attribution) is permitted.

4. Submissions through our forms

When you submit information through a waitlist, franchise, investor, or contact form, you're giving us permission to use that information to respond to your inquiry, assess your application, and — where you've opted in — contact you about XeZap's launch, network expansion, or partnership opportunities. 5. No offer of securities

Nothing on this Site, including the Investors page, constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any securities in XeZap Technologies or any affiliated entity. Any such offer, if made, will only be made through definitive offering documents provided directly to qualified investors.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. XeZap does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any figures, specifications, timelines or roadmap commitments described on the Site will be achieved as stated. Charger specifications described on the Products and Technology pages reflect design targets for hardware under development and are subject to change during engineering and certification.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XeZap and its officers, employees and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

8. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, source citations or social media profiles) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, without prejudice to any additional rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
